This project entailed the comprehensive concept redesign of KFC Singapore’s mobile online services, accompanied by a dual-purpose website for desktop and mobile as a landing page. Extensive research was conducted to enhance the user experience (UX) of the existing app, making it more contemporary and user-friendly.
Complete Mobile App Redesign
The existing app underwent thorough research to evaluate its effectiveness and usability heuristics, comparing it with competitor apps. The end result after many iterations and usability testing was a reimagined app with a cleaner interface that still retained the KFC branding known by many.
New Membership Feature - KFClub
The redesign included a new interface and user-beneficial features identified from surveys. It also introduced KFClub, a rewards-based membership system to boost customer engagement and spending.
To promote the new changes to the mobile app, a supporting landing page was created, highlighting its key features and encouraging users to install and try out the app.
